They charged $100 for an oil change on my vehicle for synthetic oil (high mileage). I should’ve asked how much it would be in advance but I also think since their prices are so high that they should have mentioned it upfront. I’ve never paid anything close to that much for a premium oil change in the 20 years that I’ve owned the vehicle. I called to see if the price was correct and Shannon said that the reason for the high price is because Kanab is in a remote area, and the markup he has to add on the local NAPA parts store. Lesson learned…

These guys were awesome! I had a screw in my suburban tire & a brake line on my boat trailer completely dragging on the ground. Just walked-in with no appointment. They fixed the car tire flat in 5 min & had my trailer brakes fixed & I was back on the road in only an hour. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Incredible!! Small town service!!!! We stopped for the night in Kanab returning home to Phoenix from Salt Lake. At 8 am I packed up the van with the wife and kids ready to head home and noticed a flat tire. Uggghh!! Not what I needed today. Put the spare on...it was low!! Drove very slowly to air up the spare. Decided to stop by here on the way out of town to get the tire fixed. They weren't open yet so we called around town. M D Auto told us we'd have to wait till they could fit us in, 6 hours later! They didn't care that we were trying to get on the road. Owner of the shop showed

Went there for tire rotation on my road trip, he didn't screw lug nuts back on properly and my tired fell of my vehicle. 2 lug nuts broke off in Kayenta AZ where there was no dealer ships just one mechanic who didn't know what he is looking on, didn't have parts and wanted to screw you on money big time. Had to cut my trip short and drove home 1,500 miles with 2 broken lug nuts, praying my car won't break. Repair back home cost me $600. On top of $50 that I payed for tire rotation. So...yea thanks.

Not sure of the service here. We slept on the side of the road last night after 2 camper tire blow outs. Drove an hour to get here at open time, as everywhere was closed on Sunday (yesterday). When I showed up at 8:30, they still weren't open. Supposed to open at 8. Heard a rumor from a local they open when they feel like it. I went to Ramsay's up the way. Good experience. I bought a full new set of tires for my camper from them and I was done in an hour. Please be open when you say you will be.

I rarely write reviews but this guy deserves it. I drive a Dodge Ram and had major issues and he took care of it no prob. I usually work on my own truck but this time I needed to take it to a real professional and that is exactly what I got pro service, fast, and the price was better then I expected. Other shops wanted to charge almost double. I'm pretty sure the mechanics name is Shannon. Bring it to him if you need help. He's really busy but made the time to work on my truck right then. Definitely a five star place. They were professional but also really friendly.

Highly recommend Best Tire & Wheel and the owner Shannon! On a road trip - I punctured a tire in my Porsche and called ahead just before closing time to see if they could stay late. They quickly worked on the vehicle, showed and explained the damage to the tire, and patched it up and got me back on the road. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and great to deal with!
