From the first song call I made they were courteous, straightforward and I felt had a very good price for what they offered. On time for pickup - driver was courteous and thorough in loading the car onto the transporter. Car delivered without issues. SGT honored their price quote and was able to pick up and deliver my vehicle very quickly. My only small complaint is the carrier they used called my delivery POC with almost no-notice to deliver the vehicle and therefore she was late for work. A little more notice for delivery would have been great. But I am overall very happy with my experience since I had a bad experience with other companies.

I reached out to SGT around December 10th and ultimately booked with them on December 20th to have my car shipped cross country. The guy I spoke to assured me multiple times my car would be picked up by December 31st. They had plenty of time prior to the holidays to find a carrier, but I was only notified on December 27th that they had just started looking for one. By December 30th I hadn't heard anything at all so called and they said that due to the holiday they couldn't find a carrier. As if New Years was a total surprise to them! Because they took so long dicking around I had to change

After a few nightmare experiences with other companies not picking up the car when they said they would, these guys were always on time and prompt in calling us back. They were the only company where everytime I called someone was there to answer. Their rates were great, and the customer service even better. Will 10/10 be using these guys again in the future!

BAIT AND SWITCH. Hired this company to transport an SUV from Jersey to Colorado. They gave a 4 day quote for pickup with a good price, about $150 cheaper then anywhere else. Took them 14 days to pick up the vehicle. They will always call you asking for more money “we found a transporter but they are asking for more money for this vehicle". That extra amount was always between $200-$250. How about you guys cut into your commission and pay that "extra money", don't quote a price, miss my timeframe and then come back to ask for more money. Poor way to conduct business

These guys were lifesavers. Had to move on a certain day because was relocating wife's parents to a different state. Had transport lined up with Guardian and they completely ghosted me. Nick at SGT found me a driver the day before!! Driver was on time and moved car from Columbus to Houston in two days. Really, really appreciate you guys!!!

The driver was very nice but he didn't have the proper tools I had to go get gas for him for somebody else's car that was out of gas how do use my truck to push a vehicle up on his ramp because that car wouldn't run and by doing that broke my license plate frame off found a couple damaged items on my vehicle I had help driver for two hours getting the other vehicles on which put me behind two hours on our trip but like I said felt bad for the driver

Pretty quick to schedule. Their website had a further out pickup date but one they called to fill in the details, we were able to adjust the date to be earlier as I wanted.
No issues. Fast delivery. Car was all in one piece with my belongings untouched. Price was as advertised. Would recommend
EDIT: I'd lower it to 4.5 stars. Just noticed a couple small marks on the car. Not big enough to make a fuss about since I noticed a day after delivery, but just be sure to always do the post delivery review instead of skipping it like I did lol. I'd still recommend it tho

3 weeks later the driver shows up unexpectedly and demands more money. They send an email and call 5 times to say we have other options. We have a driver available for $2000.
I said no way, I'll just cancel and refuses to give me my deposit back.

I appreciate Sgt Auto service to ship my vehicle from Florida to California. Not only they were cheaper compared to other companies (by 200 or 300 cheaper) but it also took them less days to ship my vehicle. It took them 4 days. That was excellent. I had the best shipping experience using SGT Auto Transport! This April I was on the hunt for a 2021 Ford 350 Dually, after weeks of searching for a truck I found one in Houston Tx but I needed the truck shipped to me I live in Melbourne beach Florida. I went to Uship.com and saw that SGT is a preferred carrier with a great rate. So I booked them to deliver my truck home. While sometime things don't always go perfect SGT was able to quickly remedy an issue and actually get me the truck one day before schedule.

SGT is a broker. I had a great experience with them in the past, but apparently it was because the trucker they hired was great.
This time? The trucker they hired never showed up. They had me pay a down payment. I even paid for the premium so that they will show up on the said days. (2 day window instead of 4-5 day window.)
The trucker not showing up is one thing, but most importantly SGT decided to ignore my texts. I assume things go well most of the time, but when something like this happens, this is how SGT handles. People should be aware of it.
