The stylists do great work. But the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Always have a long face and horrible attitude and are just completely rude. It’s also extremely inconvenient that you have to go through the front desk to schedule/communicate with any stylist about your hair. Seems like they’re super controlling over their stylists’ schedules/work. You can’t even do scheduling online anymore, they removed it from their site. So it’s like you’re forced to deal with the worst aspect of this salon constantly. Then the staff takes a million years to respond to you, yet they will text you

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE with Angelica. Very condescending and unfriendly. I highly would not recommend this place. If you’re paying 300+ for hair service, you would hope they would give you better service. If your hair is not ideal, they will refuse to work on your hair. They can flat out say NO, and leave you hanging.

Very nice salon and really great results with color, balayage and cuts. The reason for 3 stars is price. A root touch up was $65, new price $90, I can't believe almost a 40% jump in 1 month. I go every 4 weeks and this is just too much.

Got really disappointed with this salon. Made my appointment in April for June with Lili. Suddenly right a week before my appointment I received a call that she can not make it on the day I scheduled. With my schedule I plan everything ahead and can’t change it that quickly. They could give me in appointment but in July( when prices go up). I don’t know if you guys trying to get more money from the customers or why this happened…

I felt super excited to come to this salon, I didn’t know anything about it but did get friends that do go there, one didn’t like it and the other friend did but also one of my friends didn’t have the same stylist. But still gave them a try. Also came from out of town.
I wasn’t pleased what I really wanted. And didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and couldn’t help me on any advice to where to go she just kept listening to me talk. It felt really boring and hardly seen any girls smile there. And had to return for them to fix it.

Lily is AMAZING!!! Literally, every time I get my hair done here I get compliments. And believe me, I’ve experienced different stylists. Lily can do the perfect blend, and you can see her work on Instagram it really speaks for itself. She cares about keeping your hair as healthy as possible with bleaching. JUST THE BEST!! Worth the money too a hundred percent.

My experience with this salon has been nothing but pleasant. They have a very user friendly site that allows you to book an appointment online. It even shows you an approximation of how much time you will spend at the salon depending on the service you choose...cool!!! When I came in for my appointment, I was afraid that I would be told my hair would take a long time to get back to decent shape because it was so damaged with bleach by a previous stylist.
