They did an excellent job with repair for my Toshiba. A deposit of $75 is required for repairs. I paid that on the 8th and the remainder on the 19th. They did process it until the 24th which caused an overdraft. When I talked to the lady on the phone she told me the guys forgot to process it. I talked to someone earlier and they said it the merchants fault I was upset because it caused an overdraft which I felt they should be accountable for. I was told I should be more responsible with banking. If you can't do anything fine but reprimanding a customer you inconvenienced because of your problems

These guys are awesome. They really know their stuff. Have performed warranty work and other PC repairs for me. They are prompt, , extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Sooooo much better than the phoneys at the 'big box' stores (like Geek Squad). Prices are fair and very reasonable, especially so since the work is done right the first time.
