I had a small flood in a rental unit of mine that required all of the baseboards in the bathrooms be replaced along with 2 door jambs. They actually recommended repairing my door jambs instead of gouging me for a whole replacement, like they very well could have. I had 3 companies come out and bid the work and TSG was the only one to give me a bid. They took on my relatively small job and did an excellent job with very open communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their projects.
