This 1960's ranch, below, was cramped and uncomfortable, and the step-down living and dining rooms kept the house rooted in the past. To give this home a new lease on life, we tore down the existing structure and rebuilt it from the ground up. We also expanded and leveled out the old floor system, adding on 10' walls and craftsman style vaulted ceilings.

These guys are working on the house across the street from us. Our neighbors recently had to move out for 2 months again after the project had been going on for 3.5 years. Now they get home, and the Eagle Peak guys are back over at their house fixing something again, and they park their car with 2-3 feet of the car hanging out in front of MY driveway. There are spots all over the street for them to park and anywhere else would've been fine, but they don't even have the decency to just not park in front of my driveway. Last straw (and there have been many straws). I feel horrible for my neighbors

If you want quality work Eagle Peak is the company for you. Thomas is great. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure he understood all of my needs.
