Very rude receptionist. I called to make an appointment and she sounded like she'd rather be anywhere else. Not very knowledgeable and gives attitude when questions are asked. Wish I remembered her name.

This Dr and staff have lost their humanity. They do not protect their pts or community as shown thru their actions. If you question your care you quickly become an outcast. They do not identify themselves when answering the phone and if you ask who you're speaking with, you're met with attitude, openly noticable. If you take pain medicine for any reason you are treated as an outcast. If you do not ask for a test or treatment specifically don't expect them to think of it for you. Nobody wears a mask in office and never have, at least since Sept 2020 when I went there. Don't automatically assume

Received a statement from Collection Agency from a visit dated back to May, 2018; ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO! Called the office, spoke to Tammy who told me invoices were sent to me, yet amazingly I never received anything until now. With piles of papers and folders in the office it's no wonder information gets misplaced. POOR billing ethics. BEWARE OF BILLING PRACTICES. Glad I'm not going there anymore.

I absolutely love Miss Bobby Joe. I have been coming here for a few years and they remember everything. Dr Bobby Joe has been seeing me and she literally just makes you feel like family. This time around when I saw her, even though I did not feel like my old self, she still greeted me with a smile and made me feel better. He always takes good care for everyone and also take care of whatever problem you may have in a fast manner. I have been going to him for many years and just love him and his staff. I would recommend his office to anyone. He will always go out of his way to fix the problem. He is very passionate about his job and it shows. He is the only Dr in Sebring I will even go to. Dr. Palosky works with you as a partner and gives multiple options for your care. He takes the time to listen to your needs. We moved near Tampa, FL and still consider Dr. Palosky our Primary Care Doctor.

Best Doctor I've had in a long time. Dr. Palosky listens, not just rushing you thru like a heard of animals. There is a long wait at times, but I'll make do. The staff is very nice and works with you to get your time you need. Thanks, Dr. Palosky
