My motorcycle transmission gave up. The driver was very conscientious rigging the bike for lift. The bike was well supported for the trip home. We talked on the way back to my home and his care of his customers was clear to me. He really does everything possible to insure that the tow does not cause any additional trouble to your vehicle.

The receptionist did not follow through with her promise to text/email me when my mother’s car was being towed.
And when I called back to get an update hours later another employeee answered the phone and had no clue about my mothers car or what the status was! And he acted as though I was asking too much for a confirmation and a key location after the drop off.
Bad customer service. And unprofessional
I won’t be recommending.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CANT! DO NOT USE! Horrible customer service! Both woman and man answering the phone are extremely rude and unprofessional! First, they hung up because I was looking for some information they asked for. I call back, I blamed it on my connection (even though I know it was them who hung up) and the man just said I was “wasting his time?” Sir, I’m calling for your business that you’re supposed to provide, how am I wasting your time? DO NOT RECOMMEND, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
