Shines Auto Detailing

My aunt took her Nissan Rogue to Shine Auto Detailing for a full auto detailing they used harsh cleaners with strong chemicals and now her paint is orange instead of burgundy. They ripped her off charging her $1,200.00 and gave her no receipt and asked her for cash only since they damaged her car paint on all doors. They didn't want to leave paper trails. They take advantage of seniors citizens. They also charged her an extra $300.00 for some leak she had in the car. There wasn't even a leak in the car. They are scam artist. People avoid this place it's full of crooks. The owner should get investigated

Unfortunately, i had to go this place for auto detailing last week. Omar, manager finalize everything for next day delivery. Next day I called, Mario, owner picked up the phone. He was very rude & nasty over the phone when asked for option to deliver the car after completion of work. He expressed his anger why manager took this job for next day delivery even with their standard charge for detailing. He must not rude to customer even he didnt like his manager's business decision. He mostly works with dealer, so independent customer is not preferable to him. I will never recomend anybody to go this

My wives Suburu was going to be returned when the lease was over, Mario and staff made it look like the day it rolled off the showroom floor.

Shine does amazing work! I am always shocked how they get my car to look brand new when I pick it up. The attention to detail to both the interior and exterior is unmatched. Be sure to call and make an appointment ahead of time. They are a busy shop but that because of the quality work they do! Highly recommend.

I was sure I needed a new paint job with all the scuff and scratches on my car, but when they were done, I almost didn't even think it was my car!!
