Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise. Ardmore Animal Hospital stays on top of the latest advances in veterinary technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.
Full physical examinations, vaccinations, heartworm testing, fecal examination, microchipping, and complete blood panel work up. Progesterone testing for breeding timing, semen collection and evaluation, artificial insemination, pregnancy testing by ultrasound, cesarean section, etc. Routine cleaning and polishing, tooth extraction, oral surgery, dental sealant application, etc.
It's an exciting time when you decide to breed your horse. The process entails a bit more than you may realize, especially for breeding thoroughbreds and ensuring a healthy pregnancy. Ardmore Animal Hospital has state-of-the-art imaging to help monitor the entire gestation and has a comprehensive understanding of health concerns to monitor your horse for.

This was our first experience and we will be back. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming when I came in with an emergency for my Pug. Dr. Thompson was amazing. He took time to explain the condition my pug had, (he woke up and couldn't walk!?!?) He answered all my questions and gave us a plan for the best and worst case scenarios. Our family is very grateful for this place.

The vet and technician were very skilled in handing my young adult, active cat who jumped to the top of your medicine cabinet and looked down on all three of us. Treats were used to get her down plus a stepladder. The exam also went well. I was very relieved and pleased as it was her first visit. She got off to a good, but active start there!
