Our current facility on Pumping Station Rd was built in 2009 by Jeff Naugle and is by far the most accommodating and modern funeral home in the area. Jeff had a vision late in his career of a facility that would accommodate all walks of life.

Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, LTD. is a continuation of the courteous and efficient service initiated by Arthur W. Treffinger, Sr. in 1909. The original funeral home, later known as the Treffinger House, was located at 24 N. Ambler Street in Quakertown. This building eventually became the funeral home offices.
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one.
Our staff is comprised of dedicated and licensed professionals with the experience to answer all your questions regarding our services. Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. A native of Gettysburg, PA, Mr. Naugle graduated from the Gettysburg School System in 1968. He went to Juniata College in Huntington, PA where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1972.
Cremation is a mechanical and thermal dissolution process that reduces human remains to bone fragments which are then processed and further reduced to particles of common size. Cremation allows for a variety of services to meet the needs of family, friends and guests. Many choose to have a "traditional" funeral service prior to the cremation, giving family and friends an opportunity to view the deceased's body and pay their respects.
We are privileged to be able to offer the services of a Funeral Celebrant to all our families. Matthew J. Grieco, is a trained, certified Funeral Celebrant and is prepared to serve families in their time of need. Matt is honored to work with families to create a personalized service that can start the healing process and ultimately allow you to celebrate the life of one who was so dearly loved.

While never a good thing to need to experience, their warmth and professionalism was truly appreciated. They took wonderful care of my Wife, and while there were many sad tears, the tears they brought were tears of wonder and beauty in the way they made everything so celebratory of her life! We were so thankful that Mom had made all of her arrangements with Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service in advance which was so helpful when her time of passing came. Anthony was both caring and professional in working through all the necessary details with us. Four years ago my father passed and we called Naugle. The people where caring and compassionate, they made the process thru our difficult time easy and heartwarming. My husband passed away suddenly Dec. Of 2020 during the pandemic. He was only 46 & both of us being very involved w/ the community I knew many people will want to be there. I had no idea how this all was going to work out during the pandemic. But I wanted him to have what he deserved.
I know there are behind the scene people I am missing they are all truely amazing! We worked w/ Matt, Sherry Ann, Michelle, & Tia. Everyone on their team is so compassionate, kind, & caring every step of the way.

I helped a friend through the process of burying her husband through Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service. It was a professional, supportive experience in the midst of a very sad time. Little did I know that two years later I would again have to call upon their services when a tragic accident occurred and my friend passed away. The staff were kind and polite and made a difficult situation a little easier to manage, as I made the arrangements.
