Patients want to choose a trustworthy practice they can stay with forever. Healthcare email marketing is a very effective way to reach patients and referral sources. Some disagree because they hate getting emails. If that's you, here's what we say - not everyone is like you. People do open emails and read them. Potential patients who contact you also contact your competitors. They might leave you a message during office hours, after hours, or use a chat feature on your website (if you have one). Whoever calls them back first has the best chance of scheduling an appointment. We're not saying you need to answer every phone call 24/7.
