Michael and Sandra did a great job facilitating the install of granite in my home. They were very professional and even worked with me while they were on vacation. The only negatives to the experience were time-related. The installers were late by a couple of hours and then accidentally forgot the corbels to help distribute the weight of the granite. After 2 misunderstandings, a few hours of waiting and eventual no-shows, the corbels were installed and then adjusted briefly after. If not for my experience with the installers and the corbel issue, they would have certainly got a 5-star review. But

I hired Michael and Sandra to do my granite because they seemed very professional and trust worthy. That is about the positive of my experience. After a month went by I asked when they are actually going to do my install? They gave me installers (Edgar) phone number. I give him a call and set an appointment with him on 2:00 PM a couple days later to measure. I take off work early to meet him and 2:30 I call him to ask where he is? He tells me with no apology he is getting lunch and will get there when he can. 4:30 comes and I call him again, he tells me once again he is going to get some lunch

Mike and sandra were very, very on top of every request made by me. The installer Edgar is an expert at doing Granite countertops. I learned from him what a good Countertop is like. I would reccommend anyone to explore doing business with Oklahoma Granite and Stone in Tulsa Oklahoma, They deliver on their promises and made me a very happy customer.
