HireEffect has been helping organizations across a variety of industries grow and expand their operations since 2007. Jennifer Scott originally started our company with one purpose. To create jobs by helping small founder-led and family-owned businesses leverage the benefits of enterprise-level recruitment strategies.
We're pretty sure that you didn't start a business to deal with a growing pile of receipts, bank and credit card statements, and all that other paperwork. We know you would rather focus your attention on your business, not trapped in the back office paying bills, sending invoices, and reconciling your bank accounts.
A balance sheet is a snapshot of your business at a specific moment in time. It tells you the value of your assets and liabilities so you can tell your financial position. A profit and loss report shows the performance of the business over a period of time. How much money per month came in, and how much went out.
We expect as much from ourselves as we expect from others. We strive to educate our clients to make the most of their time and to manage it carefully. We ask for help when we feel we need it, and we do what we say we're going to do. We take responsibility for our actions, speak up, and look for solutions when there's a problem.
The professionalism and customer service at HireEffect would be enough for me to recommend them to any other small business owner.
