Advanced Skin Center has been providing outstanding medical care and dermatologic services to the Roseburg area since 2003. Our physician partners, Dr. Paul Reicherter and Dr. Tony Nakhla are board-certified, highly trained specialists in the management of a wide-variety of skin conditions and the treatment of skin cancer.

Caring, professional staff that did a good job removing some skin cancer for me. The Grants Pass clinic is a satellite of their Roseburg facility, where the lab work gets sent to be done. This can delay the lab results when you're needing them quickly, the only reason they didn't get five stars rating from me. All in all a good place run by very capable people. Scheduling and billing was no hassle. They do well, considering I was there in the times of Covid19, which they take good precautions for.

Reviewed my biopsy report yesterday. Everything was good. Now here's the complaint. The doctor that took the biopsy said that the growth was the same as the last one. That required mohs surgery. Does a patient need to have it on their mind for a month that the growth is cancerous ? Tell your Doctors to keep their mouths shut until the test results come back.

My nurse practitioner Jacqueline Loner is the best. She is very patient and explains everything clearly. She does not rush through her exam and listens to all my concerns. I had a skin cancer removed by her. It took eight stitches and after six months I can barely see a scar. The staff is excellent. Always cheerful and helpful. She is the best dermatologist I have ever gone too.

Beware of a billing scam here. We received a letter saying we had not paid a bill that was a year and a half old and that they had already sent 3 prior letters requesting payment. Then they try to get you to empathize with them by saying they are "a family owned local business" that "does not charge interest or late fees as a courtesy" and they may even "be able to offer you a discount". Luckily we had paid this bill with a credit card so we were able to get a copy of the credit card statement showing proof of payment. I hope others are able to fight these fake allegations before paying twice or

My whole family is seen at The Advanced Skin Center and we have always had such great experiences. They know you by name and everyone is always so friendly. In my past experiences involving examinations, biopsies and surgical procedures at Advanced Skin Center i found the staff to be warm, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable and detailed in their field of expertise while checking for and treating my skin cancer problems.
