Julie's multi-dimensional approach to real estate equips Wilco agents with the best tools to successfully assist our clients in achieving their real estate goals. Bobbi helped us find the perfect home in a short period of time. As first time home buyers who are new to the area, we had no idea how this process worked.
She was excellent at walking us through each step and really got things done quickly for us. She made the whole thing a breeze. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to meet with us or answer questions and get information in a timely manner. She was great at putting our minds at ease, and she has been personable, down to earth, and great to work with.

I lived at a Wilco property for one year. I moved out in April and still had not received my security deposit check in late June. I called the office between the months of June and July 17 times. How many times did I talk to a person? Twice. When I finally did speak to someone about my missing money, they told me that to cancel my check I would personally have to pay $30.
Today, in August, I drove 30 minutes to their office building to personally pick up my check. Even though I had notified them that I was coming, when I arrived at the building, the door was locked. I knocked on the door several

Our realtor was taken aback by how unprofessional this company is. They received tons (according to the property manager) of applications for a rental property that kept pushing back the showing date, which our realtor repeatedly inquired about, but the showing ultimately never happened because a couple passing by the property spotted the property manager putting down a "For Rent" sign and they ended up signing the couple right there on the spot. So basically Wilco advertised a property online for weeks and happily collected people's application fees but gave some random passerby priority over

Hunter was very responsive when I called her and had questions. It was a very big decision to pick a realtor to represent the selling of our home, we chose right. Within listing our home, she had buyers coming in weekly, open house scheduled, and she marketed our home in local magazines. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. Within two months our home was sold. Thank you Hunter Richard!

Extremely disappointed about the unprofessionalism of Hunter Richard. I simply called to get more information about a property she herself listed as the listing agent. Before hanging up in my face she yelled and screamed at me. She was very frustrated about the number of calls she’s been receiving. Trust me... I understand. I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. She yelled that she didn’t care about what offer I wanted to provide, which is very unfortunate for the home owners. I really wanted the property on Regency. Due to Hunter’s unprovoked irate an unprofessional behavior I no

Working with Hunter Richard was amazing! The whole process went as smoothly as possible. Ms. Richard was available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. After we picked a few to look at she started recommending homes for me to look at, based on what we had picked previously. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family that are looking to buy, sell or rent a home. She was amazing and very professional throughout the whole process. If I ever move again, I will be using her for sure!!
