Dr. Ahmed graduated from New York University's College of Dentistry and completed his residency at Rochester General Hospital. He's a father of two, and when you're a patient at River Park Dental, he'll treat you like a member of his own family. I am a generally nervous person when it comes to dentists; I’ve had bad experiences that truly changed my perceptions of dentistry. Add on pain and discomfort… oof. I don’t look forward to any type of visit; let alone one where I know bad news is afoot.
Let me just say, River Park I was probably the best experience I have ever had. Paige, I believe her name was, they hygienist, was so kind and gentle and welcoming. She provided me with a full tour so I was comfortable and introduced me to the team.
She was attentive but not overbearing and when she found I was nervous, she was so kind.

I had the most amazing experience at this office! My hygienist, Katie, was diligent and super gentle. She completely changed my views on dental offices. Alyssa made my visit pleasant as well. She was very attentive and the wait time was nonexistent. Instant service. I love it here! Best thing since sliced bread ;)

I was told by primary dentist to remove my 2nd molar. I asked for 2nd opinion from Dr. Ahmed and he was able to save my 2nd molar by doing root canal and crown. He saved me money and lot of painstaking process for implant. He made process so easy without any pain and quick recovery.
River park dental staffs handled all my anxiety and bad gag reflection by giving me proper sedation during process and eliminated all my concerns.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in within 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring. I really felt welcome and it was my first visit. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I work in the emergency medical field. And I would recommend this facility without a second thought. And I absolutely will recommend it in the future. Absolutely awesome dental practice.

There is a reason this place has a 5 star rating, it’s been an amazing experience so far. They have a little coffee bar for while you wait. Your first appointment includes a tour of the facility where you meet the team and see all the rooms INCLUDING THE STERILIZATION room?! Mind blown.
During COVID era, they request you begin with washing your hands. Understandable, but also helps process how serious they take their patients’ safety during these times. The staff are super friendly, and you leave with a goody bag after your cleaning! Not the plastic bags you normally see, a business customized

I have a HUGE fear of the dentist and prior to today, I have had 12 other dental apts since Feb. I’ve been told I would need several teeth removed and implants not covered by insurance & spent thousands out of pocket. After finally being in so much pain, I spent the last few days calling every single place for an emergency dentist that I could find & take me in immediately.. I was about to give up as I didn’t want to wait anymore and they got me in the next business day!

The experience here is DIFFERENT.
Any place can have nice folks at the front desk- not all do.
Any place can have informed, pleasant dental assistants greeting you and making you feel welcome-not all do.
Any place could give a tour of the facility to make you feel comfortable- not all do (first time for me).
Any place can have professional, compassionate, knowledgeable dentists on staff to help you make INFORMED decisions for your dental health and your future- not all do.

Very caring and supportive staff. Dr. Ahmed is amazing and super caring. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do and it's very stressful to me. I have a fear of feeling any type of pain. I had my first root canal this week. It went so smooth and there was absolutely no pain. Dr. Ahmed and his assistant Robin were so great.
If you have phobia and do not like coming to the dentist I highly recommend River Park Dental everyone is wonderful even the receptionists!

Dr. Ahmed and staff made me feel very comfortable. Thanks to them I have a new smile and I feel more confident. Everything is new and up to date It's very easy to book appointments and when you have questions or concerns they answer them immediately. Also the office is open until 7pm some days so it made it easier for me to come in and not miss a day of work. I advise for every and everyone to come to this dentist. They are like family now.

I am a new patient to this practice and am extremely pleased with the staff and service. From entrance to exit, the entire staff is super friendly and informative.
I had an appointment and came in for a cleaning. The dental hygenist is super nice and she guides you through everything while it is happening - which i love. After having some x-rays and the cleaning, I was introduced to the dentist - Dr.Ahmed. He takes his time with you showing you your x-ray images on the big screen, and explains what it is your looking at.
Afterward, I was given a breakdown of pricing through my insurance as

First things first, super friendly staff who squeezed me in on short notice because I was having tooth pain. They even called me with a reminder and made a second call to get me in earlier when someone cancelled- doesn't get more concierge than that. Upon entering the office, you're greeted with warm smiles and staff that clearly know the value of customer service.
The practice is brand spankin' new with the latest gadgets and gizmos,
