We had a wonderful experience here. We called to book an appointment and the person on the phone was polite and prompt in scheduling our visit. There was plenty of parking next to the building. When we arrived we wanted to wait outside and after a few minutes the woman at the front desk signaled us in. I had problems filling out the form and she was patient and helped me through this. We saw the doctor and she was thorough and answered all my questions. The office is small, clean and well kept. The medical assistant was also kind and efficient. Hi, If I can give her zero points I will do that. Such a worst experience I had it today. I left the office with crying. I went to see her for dry cough , she keep saying I can’t check your throat. Because she don’t have enough PPE. What does it mean? ( If you don’t have enough PPE you are not supposed to kept your office open under CDC/DOH guidelines). I waited there for more than one hour. Please understand as a healthcare provider you can’t refuse care/physical examination for your patients. Also I hope you won’t do to your other patients 🙏🏽. Please try to treat your patients

Dr Sebeen is a wonderful, caring, patient doctor as well as an excellent diagnostician. She listens, is never in a rush, and has . Her office is clean, with ample parking, and her staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. I have had in- person visits with Dr. Sebeen as well as telemedicine visits and I have never been kept waiting. I highly recommend this office!

I have no idea how this place got such a high rating. My experience was TERRIBLE! I needed a follow up to go over my yearly physical results. We were supposed to be scheduled for 4pm for an online appointment. I waited over 30mins for the staff to call me ask if I can get on at 6:30pm at night because the doctor called and told them she got “caught up” on something. That is the exact words the receptionist said to me. How unprofessional a doctor must be to not only not show up for an appointment, but to delay over 30mins just to tell her staff to tell
