Ferry Watch Inn is an intimate venue located in beautiful Grand Isle, Vermont. The barn and grounds are situated on a lovely 3 1/2 acre peninsula where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and stunning views of the Adirondack Mountains, while enjoying the serene atmosphere of Lake Champlain. It is the perfect location for every kind of special occasion, from weddings to retirements to charity events.

At this time we are not taking reservations for the Bed and Breakfast, however we do offer a cozy and well appointed lakefront unit, with 1 bedroom, a full kitchen, and its own entrance. Please follow the link for availability and pricing.

Beautiful venue and great experience with the owners. We had our wedding in August and even though it poured most of the time, the space was perfect and we caught a rainbow and sunset 💕
We used the Airbnb space to get ready, and loved the space overall. Thanks again!

Ferry Watch Inn was the most perfect venue for our wedding. The owners, Marc & Heather, we’re so accommodating, communicative, and kind. The on site apartment was perfect for getting ready and the barn/grounds are breathtaking. We received endless compliments on how amazing our venue was. I couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

Scenic views abound.
Ample parking.
Seating for 150.
Good job on dinner.
Buffet style service.
Port a potty for facility. Clean ans nicely decorated.

I attended a wedding here, it was a beautiful venue! The ceremony took place overlooking the lake, the rehearsal and dancing were held in the barn. Gorgeous location.

We visited Ferry Watch Inn for a wedding, and stayed at a house on the island. The location is fantastic, with a gorgeous waterside view. Fantastically rustic, the country barn setting makes for a peaceful and yet perfect centerpiece to this fine establishment. Can't wait for the next wedding!

Janet and Troy are amazing people. My car broke down on the island while I was passing through. Not only did they give me a place to stay, they helped me get it fixed and drove me down to the shop. The place is amazing, and the dogs are adorable. 5 out of 5 I would recommend this place.
