Air infiltration can account for 40% or more of a home's cooling or heating cost according to the US Department of Energy. Air can escape your home through the top plate, duct registers, lighting fixtures, exhaust vent fans, attic hatches, soffit openings, empty wall spaces and insulation gaps. Spray foam is becoming the normal choice nationwide for builders and homeowners to combat the energy robbing air leaks in a typical home.
Here at Flagler Foam Insulation we rely on Owens Corning brand of fiberglass known for their outstanding quality fiberglass products. Noncorrosive: Doesn't require fire-retardant chemical - which corrode pipes, electrical equipment or metal attachments. Won't Absorb Moisture: Moisture reduces insulation effectiveness; glass fibers resist moisture.
It's no secret that building a new home is a lot of work. Often times, with cabinet selections, carpet color, counter tops, and countless other decisions to be made, insulation is one of the last things considered in the building process. In reality, it should be one of the first. Let us show you how, with our well-rounded menu of conventional & foam insulations, we can help you build a far more ENERGY EFFICIENT home.
How many times have you seen round/oval vents penetrating from the crawl space into the house through rectangular holes? This situation is cause for great concern. We already know that fiberglass batts cannot control or prevent air/moisture movement and infiltration. That being the case, even if your crawl space is "properly" insulated with batts, they will not prevent cold air, warm air, contaminated from entering the living space of your home.

Marc the owner was very knowledgeable and professional, clearly knew his business. I thought his price was very reasonable for a quality job. His staff arrived when Marc said they would and all, Gilbert and Luis and Mike and Greg, went right to work and left a thoroughly clean job site when done. My house is 25 years old with a very complex attic/second floor framing layout but they handled it without difficulty. I can highly recommend Flagler Foam.

Excellent job and highly recommend! I contacted several companies to give me a quote for removing our prior insulation and install foam insulation. Flagler Foam came highly recommended based upon their past work and also were very reasonably priced. Marc, who the owns the company, has been extremely communicative throughout and he is very knowledgeable and professional. The crews that came out for both the removal and installation were prompt, extremely professional and courteous, and cleaned up the debris before they left.

Have a 1981 wood frame house. Needless to say our house isn’t very energy efficient, and despite adding insulation to the attic ourselves, we were still dealing with discomfort in the living space and sweating around our AC vents in the summer. Read up on unvented attics with spray foam and realized it’s the best way to go in a hot climate especially when your AC ducts are in the attic. It’s too soon to see changes in our bills yet. I can say that we have a temperature/humidity monitor in our attic, and in the days leading up to our spray foam installation the attic was getting up to 125

Marc is very responsive and genuinely cares about answering all his customer's questions. The crew's work was thorough and professional. They go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy.
We had closed cell foam applied in the crawl space (previously no insulation) and blown-in done in the attic to replace the batting. What a difference! I would recommend Flagler Foam to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their insulation.
