Mr. Talone was born in Willingboro, New Jersey and at a young age moved to Moorestown, New Jersey. He attended Our Lady of Good Counsel Elementary School and in 1995 graduated from Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, N.J. Mr. Talone studied Economics at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999.
