Initial visit was prompt and able to be consulted with x-rays, plus getting fitted with a brace without having to come back multiple times! My husband and I were amazed at how things ran like clockwork. Everyone was very professional and we felt our time was as important as everyone who works in this facility.

I am very disgusted with certain Dr in this group. God forbid if your 10 minutes late, but when they are making you wait to go back for 10 before you see them its ok. As if life doesn't happen and this Dr has not understanding that people who keep her business afloat are working people and are late sometimes Maybe this is why people don't like her and there's such a low reviews to this group.
maybe be more understanding, and treat your people the way you want to be treated!

I had my knee replacement and haven't seen him since before they knocked me out. It's always my spinal Doctor that comes after the surgery. Also, Dr. Gebhart has not addressed my pain well at all. I think he cares more about that paycheck than his patients.

I have had more than a handful of family members treated by multiple providers at OAM , including myself, and have always had a 5 star experience. Helpful when fitting in an appt for you if you end up being referred here from the ER, as well as scheduling a speedy surgical intervention. Always been very happy with all parties involved! Will be back if/when necessary.

I went to orthopedic associates of meadville last week on the referral of my family dr for knee and leg pain. After xrays and an mri , I was told that I had a “meniscus strain” and to follow up with physical therapy. I was then told to follow up with my family dr as there was nothing more that could be done for me. The person I saw was a P.A. Jill Orris. I really expected more in the way of compassion, and consideration, just common decency from one human to another. I was in extreme amounts of pain in the exam room and she just seems oblivious to it, twisting and turning my leg to the point

J. Potter was very kind when he called me at home due to a scheduling issue. The only positive comment you will hear from me.
Now to the scheduling department -- TERRIBLE! Our family doctor referred my husband to this facility after the third call from the doctor's office the scheduling department finally called. The initial appointment was scheduled out 6 weeks. Mr. Potter was in the room with him for 5 minutes and ordered an MRI. I am sure he had to see him before ordering the MRI due to insurance requirements. Office staff advised my husband he would receive a call regarding his MRI and then

Alot of unnecessary x-rays and appointments. Its also impossible to get in touch with doctor. Your Told when your appointment is and is very hard to change. My father had an appointment there and no doctor showed up to his room. The light in the room turned off automatically. He sat there for 2 hours until he went to find a doctor. They said she went home. Very unprofessional.

Probably would not recommend to anyone. The doctors have a VERY conservative approach as previously mentioned and want you to come back for many, many visits before actually doing anything. And good luck if you have any suggestions.
Felt like I was less of a patient and more of a bother the entire time. Was never asked what worked for me when scheduling and was always TOLD my appointments. And watch out for Bonnie and the receptionists, they can be very unprofessional and care less about you as a patient.

Need more doctors because I didnt see one. Ron the physicians assistant was amazing and caring. Front office needs to be more professional and have some empathy for patients that are in terrible pain and my have experience a trama. Very unhappy with the check out receptionist Mary. She looks down her nose at everyone. Mary needs a job in the back room with nothing but a computer. Take her away from real human beings because she has no heart. The most Cold front office you will ever walk into. I will be driving to Erie the next time I need ortho care. FOLLOW UP.... got a second opinion after 3 months

Very efficient, but I didn't get the warm fuzzies. They didn't even ask me if my next appointment was a good time for me before making it.
Also, I would describe their approach to healing as very conservative, i.e. expensive. If you are paying out-of-pocket or have an HSA, I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
My 1-year old had a buckle fracture in his radius. I wanted a splint but Jill wouldn't hear it. I felt bullied into the cast, but didn't feel it was necessary. Nor were the follow-up x-rays. Oh well. It's all better now. My sister had a similar experience when her son broke his collar
