Right At Home
Our caregivers provide in-home caregiving services for almost any family and practically any situation. Our home care lets loved ones enjoy healthy lives in the comfort of a familiar environment. We tailor our care to your unique situation through a Custom Care Plan. These individualized senior care programs are carried out through our adult care providers and include whatever your loved one needs from any of our elder care categories.

Since 1995, seniors have opened their doors to Right at Home to be their guide and keep them safe at home. After all, home is the best place to be. Nearly 90 percent of older adults want to remain in their own home in later life. To help, Right at Home designed the Aging-in-Place Guide, a practical resource for every aging adult and every family.
Services
Right at Home is a leader in the in-home senior care industry. Our trained caregivers provide quality in-home care for seniors and disabled adults who need some assistance to maintain their independence. We are an in-home care company that happens to operate through independently owned and operated home care franchisees.
Right at Home was founded by Allen Hager. For many years, Allen worked in healthcare as a hospital administrator. While in the hospital environment, he watched many of his patients - especially seniors - leave the facility and return home, but not necessarily return to health. Once home, a lot of his former patients were unable to care for themselves.
We provide the right care to seniors and it all starts with the right in-home care services that fall into several categories of in-home care for seniors, including services for those with special care situations caused by numerous medical conditions. Whether your loved one needs care in their home, a nearby assisted or independent living community or elsewhere, our custom homecare services are provided in many settings.
As a family member or friend of someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or cognitive change, you shoulder a particularly heavy burden. Helping your loved one keep some sort of normalcy is key, and the type of care needed is physically and emotionally demanding. Right at Home is here to help. Understanding that you are not alone is the first step.
Maybe you've noticed Mom and Dad's house starting to decline: counters are dirty, shelves undusted. Or perhaps your sister's health is waning; she's growing older and forgets to take her medications. Whatever the signs, you're beginning to wonder if your loved one needs help around the house. Companionship care and homemaking offer just that: nonclinical assistance for those who need it, without leaving the comfort of home.

I worked for the West Dundee office in IL, it was a horrible experience. The supervisor's weren't very understanding with the clients as well as the caregiver. I was lied to about the client, and the client didn't need me the hours I was scheduled. The signing in and out was horrible, never used the app, and no one had been on location to check on the client care book in weeks. When I became sick, I was made to feel guilty about being sick! Very unprofessional compared to my new Co.

Right at Home continues to meet and exceed expectations in the care they provide. Their customer service team, support, caregiving and social worker has been very helpful. As a therapist I refer to Right at Home because I know they will help make my patient's transition home go smoothly and will make sure the caregiver is the right fit for each client they have.

I can't say enough about how much I love working for Right at Home Corporate. We live and breathe the mission to improve the life of those we serve. The culture is unlike any other corporate office in which I've worked. Right at Home values people, they want the best for their employees, for the caregivers and for seniors and disabled adults all over the world. I see that in action every day from the way we interact with each other, the way we strive to support and honor caregivers, the way we care about the best interest of aging adults by providing resources, professional training and helpful

Right at Home provided the right care for my Mom for several years. Her caregiver, Barb, was wonderful and helped take Mom to the store for groceries, sat and talked with Mom, and reminded her about any healthcare needs...such as taking her medications. When my Mom fell and was hospitalized for a short amount of time, Right at Home provided 24/7 care until Mom was back to being sure on her feet. Thanks Right at Home for helping my Mom stay one day longer in her own apartment!

I am so disappointed in your employees and lack of professionalism. Not once in 5 weeks did an employee arrive at the scheduled time where I had to follow up with the main office and find out what is going on. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, an inappropriately dressed woman and her 2yr. old child showed up. My mother at 88 yrs of age had to babysit and watch an inquisitive boy and even correct the child to leave her things alone. What was to be a nice hour of help was a stressful time. My mother kept telling the woman to leave with her child because he was tired and she kept refusing

Right At Home in Tyler texas was hired one hour a week to dump trash and do a load of laundry or two for my 88 year old mother. It was also agreed that we would increase the time to two hours a week which would include a shower in 4 to 6 weeks. They never showed up on the agreed upon time. They were any where from an hour to two hours late. They would send young girls around 18-22 years of age that had no initiative or professionalism. Once they couldn't get anyone and sent the case manager an hour and a half late. The straw that broke the camel's back was last week when a young woman showed up

UK franchise left my 91 year old father without any care for six days over Christmas 2015 knowing I was out of the country. He paid several months in advance for care. We were told there was no one available to look after him, which meant we had to buy last minute tickets for an international flight and managed to arrive home on Christmas Day two hours after the carer left.
