If I could give NO stars I would!! When I called the owner actually called me and I quote a "f****ing C***!! He then threatened me!! I cannot believe this man said this. I have never been soooo angry. He started yelling at me calling me the C*** word every other sentence. If I could call corporate or email someone I would. But there is NO other contact information for them!!!!!!!

Called Dr Flood in regards to removing floodwater, and fixing our basement. First, they dodged every question that had anything to do with price. Still, I scheduled a service call between 1 and 5 pm. When they hadn't shown up by 6PM, I called, and was told I was the next job. Called them back at 8PM to ask if they were coming, or we could reschedule.
The owner told me, and I quote, "F-you! if you don't wanna f-ing wait, we're not f-ing coming! F-off!" I am not exaggerating. This is an exact quote.
I was so shocked, I said, "are you talking to me?"
