I took a watch in there for a battery only. The ladies in there broke my watch trying to pry the back off and charged 100.00 to have it
fixed by the company. I should have been charged for the battery only, not something that happened by them forcing the back off. I hold them responsible for breaking a watch that was in working condition when it was brought to their store.

The last purchase I made, unfortunately did not work for me however, the Owner & associate worked with me pleasantly on the return & final purchase. I had alot of questions, all of which were answered with patience.
I price compared on my purchase & Hudson's was $40 cheaper on an item that lots of us wear daily. I've only used 3 jewelry stores my entire life except once, we purchased an item from Helzberg Diamonds, spur of the moment purchase & had I gone elsewhere, I could've gotten 2 if not 3 for what was paid for 1 item. Fr new jewelry to repairs, I recommend trying Hudson's.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience in Hudson's this morning. I went to buy a gift for myself and although the owner didn't habe any of them in store she still looked it up in one of her jewelry catalogs but didn't have it in the size I need. She's a very nice friendly lady whom I respect very much.

Some store clerks are very nice, and helpful. However, there are a few that give off the feeling that they don't care how your purchases are followed up on.
We had a ring that was bought from Hudson's resized. Initially we were told 4-6 weeks. Then, on the 5th week we were told that the "Manufacturer" was at a showing in Texas. Thus, they had NO IDEA when my Fiance's ring would be back. I called a couple times, and the story stayed the same.
FINALLY, on the 6th week one of the ladies called stating I could pick up the ring on the next Wednesday. The day before the scheduled pick up made 7 weeks

L had been looking for a castle necklace for YEARS now that you could only get at Disney parks but they stopped selling them and they are literally impossible to find online. A cast member at Disney World suggested that I visit a jeweler and have one special made. I finally went to Hudson's Jewelry Store in Dunn. They did an AMAZING job and the likeness is incredible. Thanks so much! I absolutely love it!

My boyfriend went in before Christmas straight from work looking dirty and disheveled to find me a starter ring because he wasn't sure if I would wear it. The clerks treated him as if he was no one and at first directed him to old men's rings such as Masonic lodge rings. When he asked for men's wedding bands with diamonds was directed across the… room to two small bands that he was immediately informed he could not get it by Christmas eve. Thank God we had a buddy down the road that not only treated him as a person but helped him pick out the perfect starter ring. Thanks buddy I will wear
