All of our furniture can be picked up from our location here in Clearwater at no charge during our normal hours of operation. Tuesday through Friday we are open from 10am until 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays we are open from 10am until 5pm. We are always closed on Mondays. When picking up, please bring whatever you need to protect and secure your furniture for the ride home; tie downs, bungee cords, blankets or whatever else you think may help.

Highly recommend buying from Patio Casual in Clearwater, FL. The staff is very knowledgeable on the products, they are not pushy sells people and will take the time to help you with what colors go best with your decor. The products are high quality, will last forever and are super comfortable to sit in. In 2021, there was a wait to get the products. I am so happy we waited to get Patio Casual products. Ann at Patio Casual was super helpful with helping us pick out colors. My husband brought in a sample of our patio tile to help match the colors with our backyard. Something to think of if you buy

If we could give this store ZERO stars we would. They are a company with HORRIBLE customer service. Last year we spent thousands of dollars in their store for a patio set and ledge loungers. Our furniture is less than a year old. We paid extra for each cushion to have a more comfortable spring. Less than a year later the springs became defective. We contacted the company back in August to resolve the issue. Two months later (end of October) they finally told us to send the cushion covers back to the manufacturer. Before we were told to send the covers back, we were told our replacements were on

What an amazing store! The selection is so big it was difficult to make a decision. Everyone was so helpful from the people in sales all the way to the super friendly and careful delivery guys. All items were delivered without any damage and were set up just how we wanted. Stephen and Jason had no issues with moving everything a second time when we didn't like how it was laid out! All I can say is thank you Patio Casual! I will be telling all of my friends and family where I got this amazing furniture.

With many years in the customer service industry, I have never been treated so poorly or have seen an owner act so immature & unprofessional. We were driving along the service road to US 19 south of Sunset Point Rd. going south and decided to drop in. We were immediately greeted upon entering. All of the employees that we met were helpful and friendly.
We are interested in their polywood furniture for our patio. They have a great selection of Adirondack styled chair, gliders, bar stools and more. Because the polywood furniture is handmade, the turnaround time can be 3 to 6 months. We were told that the long turnaround times were due to the pandemic and the subsequent supply shortages.

They were super helpful when I went to buy the furniture-even she. It was delivered. The table had a scratch when it was delivered, not big so I didn't care. I referred others for furniture as well.
I've sat at the table maybe 3 times and not only the table but also the chairs are wearing and have terrible stains. When I called to ask what it could be,the woman was so nice -told her I only clean with water -if I clean she said she'd speak to the owner and follow up. She followed up same day.
