As an example, our mooring whip line contains four models to choose from, offering a wide variety of application alternatives.
We are able to provide a lifetime warranty on our mooring whip bases because of the quality of materials and outstanding workmanship. Damage caused by improper use or improper installation is not covered by this warranty. The consumer should refer to the installation information to ensure all lines and hardware are fastened securely and correctly.
Q - Can I track my Mooring Whips? A - When your Mooring Whips are shipped an email message is sent from our shipper containing the tracking number. Q -Does hardware come with my Mooring Whips? A - Mounting hardware is not supplied for Mooring Whip installation. Our mooring whips can be mounted to many different surfaces and structures, it would be difficult to provide hardware for all these applications.

After having our mooring whips for one and half years, the finish came off completely and we had fiberglass strands in our hands from trying to handle them. the response from Sam was "it's a simple repair, sand area where you put your hands and then paint it". GM's guarantee is a ludicrous 30 days and the excuse was "you pay less here than elsewhere". if i had been told product would not last i would have paid slightly more for something that would last elsewhere. not very good customer service. hoping whips will help in strong winds but at this point not too confident

I have an unusual situation with my dock and was unsure how I would be able to mount the base. Sam was extremely patient and helpful suggesting I take lots of photographs and send them to him and that he would help me figure something out. I am very impressed with their product, their can do attitude and their willingness to help me figure things out.

Their docking and boating products are the best I have used - their mooring whips are great and fit any boat 10-20ft.. High quality material with best morning whip designs on the market! Not to mention there unbearable price. If you love your boat like I do and want assure it's safe while she's docked - use them! If you're skeptical, give them a call.
