His career started over 25 years ago in underground utilities, Jason's experience brings the knowledge you deserve. A percolation test aka "Perc Test" is a test to determine the water absorption rate of soil in preparation for the layout of a septic drain field or infiltration basin.

I deleted my previous review because it was unclear. Below is a summary of my experience with Tim Reaves, LLC.
I contacted Team Reaves for a quote on my septic system. They came out and were very friendly. Explained all of the things done wrong by the previous company that charged me $3,000. Jason was very knowledgeable and said he could do the job. He needed $680 that day for the perc test that is required for the permit. He said he could give me a quote for the rest once the perc test came back from the state. It has now been months since I received the paperwork from the state, but communication
