The serviceman that came out to inspect was very personable, on time and knowledgeable.
Having worked for Terminix myself years ago I am familiar with methods used to eliminate mice issues. He gave us a no-nonsense quote, assessment and was very honest. His honesty and professionalism was immediately known and appreciated.

Mike and his Accurate Pest Control team performed a mold abatement job in the attic of a family home in Albany. Mike had provided us with a detailed estimate that included options for tackling our mold problem. I worked with their technician scheduling support to arrange for the job completion over two consecutive days. Both teams were prompt, professional and worked diligently in 85 degree plus heat (outside temperature!) to get the job done. Mike had fully explained to me what procedures and products they would be using throughout. In the end, the work was performed as agreed upon with no hitches
