We recently had a block wall installed on the side of our house and were in need of a new double gate to keep people out as well as keep our dogs inside the backyard. Horrible experience. Bill will say anything to get the job and lie about everything. Then on install day everything is wrong and not what I wanted. He’s full of excuses and LIES!!! Poor build, poor install. Unqualified employees. He doesn’t listen and never stops with the excuses. Then just stops answering the phone. I cut my losses and hired someone else to “salvage” the project. I wouldn’t let this guy build a fire poker.
