The color or decor of a room can change its atmosphere from dull to cheery, drab to welcoming, bright to relaxing. A fresh coat of paint or new wall covering can make all the difference. We can paint one or all of the rooms in your house, townhouse, condo, office, or business. We can also install various wall coverings.
We take care to work around your schedule and needs when we're painting either the interior or exterior of your home. This can include measures such as paint removal, mechanical or hand sanding, clean up with HEPA filtration equipped vacuums, and the removal of surface contaminants prior to applying paint.
This is the manufacturer of premium interior wall finishes that are known to be cost effective, intensely durable, and resistant to scratching and abrasions. Zolatone finishes can be used on a multitude of surfaces from metals to glass to wood and plastics. All products are LEED compliant and exceed Green Seal GS-11 requirements.
There are many factors that will determine the amount of paint that is used in a project, such as the type of surface being covered, the color of the existing surface, and the color of the chosen paint. A general rule is to calculate the square footage of the surfaces to be painted, and divide by the number of square feet that your selected paint indicates it can cover.

I have had two different homes painted by Lundco over the past ten years, both inside and out on one and inside on the other. They have been very fair in their pricing and punctual in getting the work done on time, despite weather issues. They are clean and the attention to details and making us happy was well appreciated. And this past spring I had them back to power wash my entire home exteriorwith vinyl siding and they did a great job on that as well. I couldn't be more satisfied with the prices and the quality of work performed every time we have them do painting for us.

Lundco painted the open living/dining space in my new home as well as priming the entire house. Dave was super responsive and gave helpful recommendations for colors and finishes. The team was professional, detail oriented, and did an amazing job in a timely manner. I also felt that they showed respect for our space and the work they did. Dave came through to do a final inspection himself. I could not have been happier with the beautiful and professional final product.

We recently had our very dated blue kitchen cabinets painted by Lundco. Lundco was quick, efficient, clean, and precise in their workmanship. The cabinets look custom made and not as though they have been repainted. They took the doors to the shop and put a beautiful finish on them. Then reinstalled all the doors and drawers. It looks beautiful! We are so happy with Lundco's work!
