We will use them again. They done great job and are very nice people. Some folks do not under stand not everything will come out of old carpet. Basically if it won't come out it may be time to buy new carpet. Like I said earlier WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN. Thanks for being so prompt.

DO NOT USE.. Claimed to have cleaned the carpets in my new rental. I used my own carpet shampooer and after doing half of the living room my water was black. He also claimed to have cleaned the bedroom carpet but there was dried gum from the previous tenant still in the carpet and he used “245 degree steam”. I used resolve stain remover on a yellow spot and was able to get it up myself. Instead of coming out to do what he was originally supposed to do he offered my landlord a refund.
I never leave bad reviews.. especially for small locally owned businesses but take my advice… save your time

Just had the Steam Kraft people to clean my basement carpet and stairs. They did an unbelievable job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! They showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said they were going to do. They use their own water and electric from their truck.

Mr Havens and his wife cleaned our carpets on Friday June 7, 2019. They arrived at our house at 1400 and we did a walk through of the house. We had just bought this house and we wanted the carpets cleaned before adding furniture. They were very nice people and worked diligently as a team. They cleaned our bedroom and closet, a large living room, and 2 bedrooms with closets, and stairs leading up to a large room over the garage. The cost was very reasonable. They were there for several hours cleaning and sweeping a product like scotch guard to protect the carpet. We were amazed at the difference

So the couple from Steam Kraft just left. I don't know there names because the didn't introduce themselves, but that's neither here nor there. Everything was fine until I mentioned to the gentleman that I was going to put a note on the receipt of water left on the laminate wood floors where they had cleaned the furniture in case we had an issue. The woman was attempting to mop up with wet towels when I came in. I grabbed some dry towels and started drying as well and she left. Now they did put down tarps but I don't know if it leaked or just got underneath but there was more
