Dropped My Truck Off For A Wheel Alignment with my bluetooth charger adapter and picked it up 1hr later and tbe adapter is gone 🤔 the manager supposedly named carlos states noone would do that but carlos said he woukd pay for it, I would never bring my car to this establishment again because they are theives..

Went to this location as a recommendation from another shop as they didn’t provide the service they suspected I needed for my vehicle.
My steering wheel had begun to shake as I reached speeds of an average 50mph or higher. I explained this when I walked in and right away they said it would be a different service than what the other mechanic was suspecting. It was a small fee of $35, though I know other places do for free. I just didn’t want to drive my car around.

This place is very unprofessional. Came for a wheel alignment on my truck with all new parts put on professionally at a shop and was told the truck pulls to the right. I ask the mechanic how is that possible and he didn't know. Paid 99.95 and was told they don't give warranties or won't refund my money that was after the lousy service. They did nothing to the truck, problem wasn't fixed. Took my truck to Southwest Springs. Not only did the wheel alignment came out perfect. I got a 1 year warranty and it was only 75.00. I've been here before, it's no secret. I've had to replace wheel covers before and even a rim and I've always found it at Hub Cap City. I've been surprised too but I've found that needle in a haystack here before. It's sometimes a hike to get to but for me has always been worth the trek. It's not often that I have to visit and that's a good thing. I even remember the old building or maybe shed is a better description of the old place before the current building was built. The best place in the Chicagoland area to find specialized hubcaps, center caps, wheels, tires, and parts for your vehicle. Any year, make or model's. I didn't wanna give it 1 star...called before hand to see if they had my size tires. I was told yes. I get there and they tell me they are out of stock. They found 1 in the back. 1 guy told me it would be $20 get to the register and the cashier says $40. Horrible customer service. And only trying to get a dime out of whoever they can! Won't ever visit this establishment again!!!

If you have 10 minutes to sit on hold just for a quote on used tires, then this is your place!!!! I however do not have that type of time or patience

I spoke to Humberto who gave me very reasonable price quotes. They have rims as well as hubcaps at this location mounting balancing and alignment a pretty good all service location

This place has terrible service! Went in and asked for a brake inspection. Explained to the "mechanic" that the truck was shaking violently when I hit the brakes, he says it's not the brakes it's the tire rods! After changing the tire rods, I get a call that says, sir your truck is still shaking so you need brakes! Did I fell to mention this "mechanic" never test drive my truck? Another $260 after the $300 they already quoted me to solve the problem! Not to mention this "mechanic" stripped my caliber trying to put it back on! Took my tire back off three times

They charged me half of what "Pep Boys" where gonna charge me for installing 4 shocks on my truck. I ve been dealing with HUb Cap city for over 20 years and Im convinced that this is the place for new/used tires and for installing parts on your vehicle. They are downright the most reasonable place in Chicago.

Replacing a stolen hub cap proved to be pricey, but this place was recommended. They found a used hub cap for $25, and it looked fine. I called ahead, they had it in stock (GM car) and I went straight there. There are other locations but the one at 138th & Ashland was my choice. Nothing really outstanding here, they did what they said they could do for a fair price. I had tried to find a matching hub cap online and they were $37 plus shipping with a slight difference... Theirs was a perfect match and I tipped an attendant $3.00 to put it on... I was in and out in 20 minutes. Hub cap city

This place needs to be shut down! They are ripping people out of they money. I came there to get 5 hub caps and they put 5 used caps on my tire and my tire exploded 5 minutes from leaving this place. I called the store manager and he told me it wasnt his problem. He was very nonchalant and not compassionate about my situation. I came there 2 hrs later and talked to another manager and I couldn't understand anything he said cause he had fever blisters all on the side of his mouth with green mucus coming out of it! I couldn't take the lack of customer service and left! I would never ever
