Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Looking for an apartment for my son and although we were unable to find one, Kim was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. I hate they didn’t have anything available because I would have loved for him to live there. Property was quiet and well kept and office staff was awesome to work with!

I have absolutely loved living at Post House Jackson. It is very quiet, I never hear my neighbors, when I see my neighbors outside, they are always friendly, and the staff is always incredibly sweet and helpful. I am resigning my lease for sure!

The ladies in the office are very nice and pleasant to interact with. The maintenance guys are very kind as well. The office hours aren’t super great so it’s hard for people who work until 5 or later to meet with anyone in the office or pickup packages, and sometimes they close before their hours say or don’t open on time, but that’s not an everyday occurrence. Overall living in PHJ is great! Great price for what you get! Cheapest value in north Jackson in my opinion.
