He’s the best so glad I contacted and hired him. Getting my reckless driving ticket dismissed was not easy for him it took hours but he did it and that’s what counts. Saved my job and my license well worth spending the extra money for him. You don’t understand this until you need to speak to a judge. Trust him and don’t second guess yourself and go cheap and hire someone who sends you a postcard in the mail their is a reason they need to advertise.

Very pleased with Attorney Aalsberg, attentive and professional in all capacities. Took much time to explain to me about charges and my case in detail. My case started as a felony charge and was downgraded to a non criminal civil fine. I went to court today and thanks to Attorney Aalsberg my DWI in a school zone was dismissed along with my reckless driving ticket. When I went to court I was clearly able to see why he was worth the high fee to hire him. What took other attorneys several days in court to do he did in one day and one court appearance. Additionally I liked the fact he was early to court, most of the other lawyers were late, he truly takes pride in his work and case result is proof of it. Thank you Attorney Aalsbetg

I was not going to hire attorney Aalsberg but my wife convinced me to hire the best. When we went to court the prosecutor was changed last minute all the other lawyers were adjorning there cases.because they were scared ...but Scott ran into the fire and dismissed all my points....well worth the fees

Hired Mr. Aalsberg for my 18 yr old son who received 4 tickets in South Plainfield NJ. He met with us in person for a no cost consultation. Explained all scenarios to us. Explained his rate with no pressure at all to retain him. Expedited the entire process in 3 days. Arrived with us to court. He convinced the prosecutor to dismiss 2 of the 4 tickets, we were the first case handled in a packed morning session, and his familiarity with the judge resulted in getting the lowest penalty on the remaining 2. Scott Aalsberg is one of the best attorneys out there. He is pricey, but well worth it. He got my charges dismissed right away. Other lawyers I used in the past simply didn't care once you paid them the money, but this guy is different! He is the first attorney I ever used who showed up to court early and not late! Scott Aalsberg is an attorney with integrity and honesty and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal services! In one case he advised a client who recieved a red light traffic ticket to pay the fine because hiring an attorney & going to court would end up costing him more!
