I echo the other reviews that mention how rude the front office people are. Not only are they rude, but they make very little effort to contact patients and keep them informed. Calls are not returned, appointments are cancelled without notification, and people already suffering from psychological issues are forced to deal with this nonsense. They keep a very tight schedule on prescriptions as well, only giving enough to last the next appointment... so imagine the shape you're in when things go awry (as they often do given the communication standards) and suddenly you're out of medicine and desperate

Doctor Firdous was supposed to prescribe me 3 months of my medications until my next appointment, but the pharmacy gave me only 30 days of one of them - but 90 days for both the others. I guess I should have called earlier but at the time I just said “ok that’s weird, doctor must have messed it up” (she has messed up before on her hand written prescriptions causing a delay) I figured I will just get a refill after 30 days. So, I call today for the refill and explain to them, and they want to charge me $35 to call it in! Why???? It’s not my fault. I can’t afford to throw money out the

Waited for 3 months to get an Appointment, Filled out tons of paperwork. Finally received a call to make an Appointment for my kids and the very rude receptionist decided she didn't like me. Put me on hold for 20 minutes because I asked if it was possible to schedule an Appointment a little sooner then what she was offering. When she came back on the phone stated that I would need to go somewhere else because she was denying me service. If this receptionist represents the doctor's at this facility it's a very poor business practice especially for a Mental Health facility. No wonder we have such

I called on three separate occasions and could not reach anyone directly. I left a message and received one return phone call that I could not immediately answer at the time. My return phone call was again not answered. I did not receive any followup calls after that. I reached out again and spoke with someone who provided me with some paperwork via email to fill out prior to my first visit. I waited three weeks without any followup from the office. That said, I can only come to the conclusion that this practice isn't necessarily concerned with the needs of potential patients or the urgency of

I've seen both Dr. Cheema (who despite a reference to him as "she" in a previous review is male) and Dr. Firdous as well as other staff members and found them professional and competent. I think some people might be put off by Dr. Firdous because she's not a smiler, but she's one of the best psychiatrists I've worked with, and has been on top of changing my medications as symptoms of bipolar disorder inevitably change, which is a difficult task.

Firstly the phone staff is consistently disrespectful , nearly every time i called i was given attitude or hung up on. Secondly, I was asked to come in 3 times in one month, but when i told them I could not afford a 4th visit for the end of the month they withheld my medication form me and i was told to come in for a visit or find a new clinic. Third while my insurance billing say I am under Dr.Cheema's care I rarely see her except for the file 2 minutes of my visit where her PA Sarah, often incorrectly and poorly "recaps" what i just told her. The PA usually forgets who i am completely and can
