We are a General Contractor with over thirty-five years of experience providing asphalt maintenance and site work construction services to the greater Bay Area. We specialized in parking lot, driveway and street maintenance completed to your specifications to improve the value and aesthetics of your property.
Tri-Valley Excavating has the crew, equipment and experience to complete asphalt maintenance, site work and general construction at a competitive price with quality results. We offer comprehensive asphalt maintenance programs, site work and site preparation as well as subcontracting and general contracting services for the greater Bay Area.
Tri-Valley Excavating provides comprehensive and competitive asphalt maintenance programs for property owners and managers. An asphalt maintenance program provides necessary asphalt repairs, seal coat, striping and concrete services, as well as ADA-compliant upgrades. Prior to the construction process, we meet the property owner or manager on-site and discuss the proposed scope of work.
In Earthwork, the first process is to clear and grub the entire area of work to allow access, as well as provide a more even surface on which to build. Site materials are then off-hauled or recycled for re-use as subbase or as fill for landscape areas or embankments. Tri- Valley Excavating is also licensed to remove any hazardous materials and off-haul them to the appropriate facilities.
In conjunction with earthwork services, Tri-Valley Excavating also provides additional site work including soil stabilization, subgrade remediation, building pad preparation and hazardous materials abatement. We also provide preparation for landscaping including bio swales and bio systems, installation of drain rock and installation of drainage systems.
