Lynn has served as president and vice president of a local chapter of the Window Covering Association of America. She is certified in historical window treatment fabrications and assisted in designing and fabricating treatments for the Biltmore Guest Cottage. We recently finished a new build and we employed the services of Upstate Window Fashions to consult and furnish our window coverings for our 3400 square foot home.

We wanted our Solara blinds replaced so they could be operated with a remote and the new set came in about a week early and were installed very quickly. A problem deleveloped with them in a few days and Lynn responded immediately and the problem was quickly and easily resolved. We are very pleased with our new blinds and the commitment by Upstate Window Fashions to put their customers satisfaction first.

We loved our experience working with Lynn and Upstate Window Fashions! She was super knowledgeable about the products and patient with me as we made decisions. We did reach out to other options to compare pricing just to be sure, and Upstate Window Fashions was right in-line with other competitors, but the service and knowledge far exceeded the rest!
We were trying to get our window treatments installed before entertaining for Christmas and unfortunately the product I had selected ended up being on backorder. Lynn watched the order carefully and when she realized it was going to be cutting it

We used Upstate Window Fashions when we built our house. Lynn Osborn did our shutters outside and the all of window treatments (shades and blinds) inside. Lynn is professional, helpful and has a great selection of products. We are very pleased everything we bought. Mark Osborn did the installations and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently finished a new build and we employed the services of Upstate Window Fashions to consult and furnish our window coverings for our 3400 square foot home. From the very first telephone contact through the consultation and design process to the completion of the installation we cannot say enough great things about Lynn and her staff!!! Every single member of the team was excellent! We opted for beautiful gray shutters for our master bath and a few other rooms that go above our expectations. We also ordered blinds and shades. Everything came together beautifully, We are now considering order
