W.E.L., Inc. (WEL) was established in 1984 by Bill Litchford as a local excavating and hauling company in the central Virginia area. Very soon he became involved in local projects with commercial and industrial customers. This expanded opportunities into railroad services and assistance during train derailments and highway emergencies alike.
At WEL, we take great pride in our emergency spill response operations. Beginning early in our history, emergency response became one of our main divisions of services. Dedicated staffing provides 24/7 emergency deployment to your site for chemical and petroleum releases.

I absolutely love and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The scheduler is very nice and gets to you set up as fast as you need. The delivery driver Glenn I have been dealing with for past two years always goes above and beyond to make us satisfied with our pool and water and the most wonderful man I have ever met.
