The team at WWS Physical Therapy, in particular Kelsey and Vivian, were fantastic. They treated both my 9-year-old daughter for a severe concussion as well as myself for lower back and leg pain. Everyone was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate their attention to our individual needs through our PT programs and definitely recommend them to others who are in need of physical therapy.

Thank you doesn't seem like enough! I cannot thank you enough for your care, kindness, concern, and patience in helping me recover from my Lumbar surgery. I saw first hand how you all Treat every one of your patients with dignity and respect. Ms, Schoenewald, for more than a month, I have been a hip-replacement rehab patient working/rehabbing under the supervision of Dr. Samantha Gladnick.

There are many different causes of ankle pain including fractures, sprains, tendinitis, and arthritis. Many ankle injuries are caused by traumatic events, such as twisting the ankle on uneven ground or landing on an opponent's ankle during a game. Other injuries result from overuse, improper or worn out footwear, and age-related changes.

This was, unfortunately, my 2nd visit to WWS Therapy for vertigo. And this visit was an even better experience than my 1st visit 4 years ago. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. Gregory was my therapist for the 1st 2 visits and Jenna for my 3rd and final visit. They are all so very knowledgeable and well trained in vestibular therapy. I went from being incapacitated on Monday to being back to normal by Wednesday. Saying thank you is not sufficient enough.

I wish that the insurance companies were more empathetic and at least as much as WWS is and gave their members as much help as WWS gives from the time you go in until the time you leave

My husband had a injury years ago and Wendy worked with him until he was strong enough to go back to work. He described her as caring and so knowledgeable. He has no residual post injury and he credits Wendy for her great care.
They also worked with my daughter and were amazing. I cannot say enough!!

Rude staff--not empathetic or willing to help navigate insurance issues.
I was excited to see a specialist at this facility for a vertigo issue that has been bothering me for quite some time. They came very highly recommended to me.
I set up an appointment and was asked to obtain a referral from my primary care physician for insurance. I recently switched insurance, so I didn't know I needed a PCP referral prior to calling.
I began the process of getting a referral but was told by PCP's office that my policy would not cover this facility. I called back the same day (July 18th) and asked if I
