The experience with the driver assigned to our group for the homecoming bus we rented was horrible. He was rude to us (the parents), and the students he was driving. We paid for a 5 hour evening and asked him to return early because of his unprofessional and rude behavior so we only ended up using them from 6:00 to 8:00. For this, and for having to… deal with an argumentative, unprofessional and extremely rude driver, we paid $1,900.00. The owner offered no remedy for the situation and seemed totally unconcerned. I would never recommend this company.

First off the carriage was amazing and the bride and groom loved it. I would have given you 5 stars except for one thing.... the driver. #1, he never got one foot off the carriage to help the bride and her father in or out of the carriage. I was told beforehand that steps would be provided as I had explained when renting the carriage that the… brides father had recently had knee replacement surgery. #2, the brides father was running late due to unforeseen circumstances, which put everything running late and put the carriage rental past the end time before the carriage had returned the bride
