We were previous residents there and we really enjoyed it. We left for about eight months and then moved back and what a difference. For an overnight or weekend sure it’s fine but living there full time was not a good experience. We have issues with parking, and rent increases for to two vehicles even though we couldn’t park both by the RV. Parking for our second vehicle was a hike and made worse with winter temperatures. Their rules don’t apply to everyone they make it up as they go along. We have since moved to a beautiful park with ample parking, a lake and more. No one gets into our business

Nice sites, excellent staff! Would absolutely stay here permanently!
We needed propane when we got there and dude unhooked our tanks, filled them and hooked them back up! Our site has a low spot but the rest of them are level and gravel.
There's 3 different WiFi networks but our spot in particular is too far for connection. There are heat bulbs on the spicket and connections are in the middle of the sites with electric hookup in the rear.

Nice park, spaces are very close together. Nice Christmas decorations. There was an issue with the sewer hook up though. Had to dump our tanks and half way through the black tank the flow stopped.
I was able to get it going again but after dumping the gray tanks it stopped again. Had to call the office and their maintenance guy was at home.
When he finally arrived we had been waiting for over an hour. Of course we wanted to get back on the road and couldn't. We didn't want to pickup our sewer house and dump gray water over the ground.
Once he was there he said that he had had clogging problems

Cottonwood RV park is just okay. I gave them two stars, not for the park but for the manager/owner. We booked our stay based on a Medical visit to Rochester MN. Because it was so late in the season we opted to leave the coach here vs driving it north. We booked for 16 days, had we known there was a no refund policy, I would have booked it weekly. Our medical meetings came to an end earlier than we thought. We stayed 10 days and they kept the extra 6 days payments. They never offered a credit towards a possible stay later (which I would have taken). No morals as to their decision, rather just greed

First time staying here. Plus’s: clean campground and bathrooms. Nice fitness and game room. Basketball and playground was a nice area. Minus’s: not impressed with some of the staff. Our kiddos were in the fitness area and a worker was very rude to our kids and told them the fitness equipment was not toys and Told them “are you gonna leave or just stand there?” If they had such an issue, should’ve come to us. Our kids don’t deserve to be treat disrespectfully. They also say certain hours for the game room, etc and close whenever they want. For instance said 6 and was closed at 530 when

In all fairness and because the owner was more than fair and more than nice, she saw this review, called us immediately, refunded our $25 “lock fee” and promised to address this with her office staff who were less than nice about it. Great customer service from the owner!
My husband reserved this RV park online. They charge you a $2.50 online fee and then they charged us a TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR “lock fee” because supposedly my husband locked in a certain site number online (we were there one night and had never been there before and wouldn’t know which site number to “lock in” anyways

Very nice setting, great amenities, hookups were all functioning, and I didn't have to do anything to level the sight. The management is extremely nice and helpful. The general store carries a nice assortment of snacks, drinks, and even a limited selection of beer and wine at very reasonable prices. My water hose leaked and I was able to purchase a replacement in the general store for $15. My one complaint is that the wifi is terrible. Now it may be better in other spots, but ours was non existent. We had been on the road all day and had a couple of business and personal transactions to take care

Stayed over night, the lot was nice and level for the most part we never unhooked. We did use the electric, water, and sewer. Everything was in good working order. Upon sun up it looked like a very nice well kept park. Only issue we had was an inconsiderate neighbor with a less than considerate furbaby, dogs bark though, it is what it is!

Love this campground! The owner is extremely nice and is constantly seen around the campground making sure things are running smoothly. There are beautiful flowers throughout the campground, the pool is very clean, and the playground was a hit with my 3 kids. Our only complaint was the tight spots but I have been to other campgrounds where I couldn't even open the awning. The clean campground and attention to detail easily made up for the tight spots.
