Absolutely terrible. Waited for 3 hours to be seen. Once I was called, the nurse was training 2 other people. They took my vitals and didn’t even ask me what my symptoms were… just left the room. 45 minutes passed and I thought they forgot about me in the examination room so I had to open the door and ask multiple people if someone was coming. I was exhausted with body aches and a pounding headache. Someone finally came in and asked me if I was there for ACNE REMOVAL. I was flabbergasted. They will tell you they do telemedicine. Yet, they will send you a pdf file that require you to print, sign and resend. Or they won’t be able to see you. To whoever is running the place, Please create you a weblink where pt are able to submit everything online until then you wish you have telemedicine. Lack of their organization, communication and rude customer service make me say pls find another urgent care. If you can’t take care sick patient with empathy and understanding maybe you or all of you should change your career. This is coming from another healthcare worker!!!

Please be aware of this place ! If you can avoid it avoid it like the Corona !!! Stay away!!! I never leave reviews but I needed to help somebody out. The staff is so unorganized and they are a bunch of liars.

If I could put a negative star on this website I would. My mother went to this location this week tried to call the number no one answered when she knocked on the door she was accused of trying to knock the door down. Then the doctor told her not to talk anymore. The doctor also told her never to come back. This is a horrible place they have no bedside manner and are horrible people please please do not waste your money on this place.

This has to be the most horrible services I've ever experienced in my life. I arrived at 12:45 and was told the doctor will be in from break in 45 min. I figured I'll just full out my paper work as a new patient and that will kill some time. They took my insurance info and paper work that never even asked me my medical history. I had to write on the side that I had lupus.

My auntie came for a minor surgery at Lilburn location and we had to drive over 1 hour to get there. They told us to come back around 2-3 days to change the bandage (I was not there with her when the doctor made the appointment). After we got home, I called back and requested for her prescription and also the receipt (she lives in Texas and they didnt take her insurance, she gotta pay out of pocket $335 + the copay $100), they said they gonna call me back but no one did. This location is a joke. I was promised 6 months of refill on my medication. The pharmacy constantly requesting refills they refused to reply to the pharmacist. I contacted them and was told that I have to come in order to get any refills. I informed the rep. I just had surgery and unable to come in I need my medication due to the fact that I'm out of meds, she then told me to have the pharmacist to send request which I did and they still refuse to authorize a refill. Never again will I seek medical care from this office.

Very mixed experience. One the one hand, there was no wait and the staff was friendly. However, they were never open on time in the mornings. They claim to be open at 8:30 but no doctors arrive until after 9:30. Also, they messed up my bill with my insurance and mis-claimed that they used medicine when they did not, and they didn't get my co-pay amount correct. When I called my insurance to sort it out, we couldn't get a hold of anyone at the Urgent Care office to speak to them.

I've come to this practice for several years for annual exams and whenever I don't feel well. Dr. Nguyen and Mr. Mansour are awesome. They really get to know their patients to build long lasting relationships. Furthermore, the staffs are outgoing and helpful. The fact that they speak multiple languages is impressive. 5 stars!
