My 2012 MacBook Pro recently crashed. Although it is on the older side, I love my computer and how easy it is to use.
I am glad that Joe was able to fix it and make run as though it is new. Before my computer was very slow, which can frustrating when you are a full time student.
I am pleased with the service and was happy that it only took 2 weeks to fix my computer. Parts took a little time to ship due to pandemic.
Joe even managed to save my files from another computer that is beyond dead.

One morning recently I woke up and my computer was completely dead . . . no response when hitting the power button - nothing - zip. I run my own business as an architect, and I was dead in the water - BIG problem. We had just moved to Cape May from Central PA (where I had a great computer guy) , and we knew nobody to call - BIGGER problem, or so I thought . . .
