The Pharmacy is located in downtown Milton, on South Front Street (57 S. Front Street) near M&T Bank. Our lead pharmacist worked for many years at chain pharmacies. Often times, personal service and one-on-one attention wasn't at the top of the chain's priority list. Custom Care Pharmacy prides itself on providing excellent customer service and getting to know you, and your family's needs.
You'll discover that the walk to our Pharmacy from the parking lot is actually shorter than that of CVS, Weis, or Walmart. Back of Store: There is convenient parking available at the rear entrance of the Pharmacy off of Elm St. If you're coming from Broadway Street, turn onto Elm (at the Subway) and proceed several blocks to the parking lot.
Compounding is a unique relationship between the physician, the pharmacist, and the patient. The physician prescribes a medication, and then the pharmacist takes the necessary ingredients, compounds them, and dispenses the medicine for the patient. Compounding is a unique and innovative way to personalize a medicine for a specific person.
Coming home after a surgical procedure or extended hospital stay is exciting for patients and their family members - but coming back home can also be a little overwhelming, too. While hospitals don't quite feel like "home" they do offer safety and security. But fortunately, that same safety and security can be achieved in your home or apartment with the help of Custom Care Pharmacy.

All I did was talk to them on the phone. And the tone of the woman's voice as she talked to me was so rude she didn't even say goodbye she just hung up. And the day b4 the same lady walked by my husband several times as he stood there at the counter ignoring him. The pharmacist took care of him and when he did. He wasn't very nice either. As he announces it in a loud rude voice to the whole store while talking to my husband. "Did you decide what your going to do. Because there's nothing we can do for you". My husband just took his business elsewhere. He was embarrassed.

The new pharmacist is very rude, loud and has no people skills. I'm afraid he is going to cause people to go somewhere else for there prescriptions. The owner was always very nice but this guy is the total opposite. He shouts your personal information so that everyone in the store can hear it. Very unprofessional. I have talked to a lot of people who go there but are looking into changing to another place for there prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy ever, gave them all my prescription numbers and didn't even notify when prescription list didn't match. they didn't fill my life sustaining medicine after I gave them the prescription numbers. I will be filing a complaint with governing agency. The staff including the owner were rude and ignorant on the phone and tried to blame my original pharmacy for there screw up.

I was in there today to grab a few things not to pick up a prescription, but I was in the back and heard the pharmacist all the way from the back say someone's name and the prescription they where getting. He said (Customers Name) are you here to pick up ( prescription name). LOUD. And the customer was 5-6 feet from the front desk waiting there turn. Obviously they knew why the customer was there He had no reason to shout personal information across a pharmacy FULL of people. This is a huge HIPPA violation and very unprofessional! I will not go here anymore because of this If this ever happened
