Services
Dr. Kimberly Gragg has been providing outstanding orthodontic care since 2002. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and went on to complete her residency in orthodontics, receiving her Master of Science degree. Prior to her dental and orthodontic training, Dr. Gragg received her Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida.
Terrie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in July of 2008. Terrie specializes in scheduling and customer service; she is one of the first smiles you will see when you enter our office! Terrie is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Candie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team officially in May of 2019, but she has known the Gragg family for 10+ years.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only make a good faith estimate regarding your coverage based on the information you and your carrier provide. We will do our best to obtain your maximum benefit, but we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards, and we offer a discount for payment in full. We will thoroughly explain your options so we can accommodate your needs.
Dr. Gragg opened her practice in a 900-square-foot facility on South King Street in 2002, immediately following completion of her orthodontic residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. The practice was built with help from our patients by their referrals of family and friends. In 2018, Dr. Gragg and her team purchased and opened a second office in Lenoir to better serve their Caldwell County patients.
