Enrolled Agent status provides me with the unrestricted right to represent my clients before the Internal Revenue Service. Preparation of many specialty tax returns which includes, but is not limited to, amended tax returns. A core specialty is the preparation of tax returns for individual taxpayers. Over the years literally 1000's of Federal and State returns have been prepared and filed. New clients are provided a review of their past 2 years tax returns at no cost. If any mistakes or omissions are found on the new client's prior year tax returns, then an amended return could be prepared and submitted based on my charge for that particular return.

Small business tax return preparation and filing is a core service that is offered to my clients. Whether your company is a C corporation, S Corp, Limited Liability Company, Partnership or Sole Proprietor a properly prepared tax return can be filed to minimize the tax owed. Over the years, 100's of small business Federal and State tax returns have been prepared for many different types of businesses.
