Dr. Jack Ricci earned a Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University West. After his graduation, he became an associate doctor in the Bay Area. His next move took him across the pond to Ireland, where he took over a practice for a doctor who was on sabbatical. There, just north of Dublin, he worked for some years.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Jack's life was on a completely different track. In childhood and the military, before he attended college, he suffered from back injuries. The only solution given to him was drugs or ineffective physical therapy. During his undergrad years, he was at UC-Davis, studying to become a medical doctor.
If you're new to chiropractic, you might be unfamiliar with what it involves. Chiropractic is a natural health care modality that helps you feel better and function better from the inside out. Dr. Jack works with the structure of your spine and your central nervous system. In addition to adjustments, he provides wellness coaching, nutrition and spinal decompression.
An athlete lives a different life than your average person or weekend warrior. At Core Chiropractic, we have a keen understanding of the demands your body has placed on it during rigorous training. While Dr. Jack was attending Life University, his wife became pregnant with their daughter. She was born around the same time Dr. Jack graduated. Because of his unhealthy childhood, Dr. Jack lacked confidence in his ability to raise a healthy child. During chiropractic school, he learned that many chiropractors specialized in pediatric care.

I went to see Dr. Ricci after I slept in a position that misaligned my neck causing pain for days. I received an adjustment as well as a lot of good information on how to prevent it from happening again.
He is very informative and a great chiropractor. He uses up to date equipment, and a gentle approach.

Dr. Jack Ricci is a great chiropractor. We met as a result of an accident I had at my work. The reason for a 5-star rating as that Dr. Jack provided me with an alternative to pain meds to reduce pain caused by bulging discs in my neck. A friend of mine said I should include my review to include his chiropractic location in Nevada City too. I've had Jack adjust me at his old location in Kentfield. I had alright results. I wanted to give him some business as an acquaintance through a local group of bikers. He was nice and friendly, very likable. The last time I saw him in Mill Valley the session was not positive. I visited Dr. Ricci while we were visiting in Nevada City. Traveling had left me out of balance and feeling a little snarly :). Doc has a way of focusing and "knowing" where I needed help. I got a great adjustment and left feeling refreshed and more energetic. Highly recommended as a safe, confident and clean guy.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time, as my quality of life has drastically changed since I began seeing Dr. Jack 14 months ago. I could easily write a novella singing his praises, but I'll refrain and just tell you about my experience...

Moving to the Nevada City area from the Bay Area back in September of 2017 I was concerned I wouldn’t find a good chiropractor. I have seen a lot of chiropractors over 40 years and of course have had the good, and the bad. I needed a truly hands on doctor whose top concern was my good health.
I was was completely wrong to be concerned.....I didn’t find a good chiropractor, I found a great one!

Dr. Jack is truly awesome! I wish I had found him a year ago when I first started having sciatica. He did a thorough assessment of my spine and sent me for x-rays to get a complete understanding of what was causing my pain. He created a specific treatment plan to help me get out of pain and heal my discs. Had a slight dislocation in my shoulder and checked out the reviews while looking for a local practitioner. Dr Jack's reviews were great and he is just 1/2 mile from my home. He called me back within an hour of my leaving a message. He had had a cancellation later that day and I filled it.
He was personable, knowledgeable and thorough in his pre-treatment exam. He painlessly treated my issue, gave me some at home self-treatment instructions and a follow up appointment for 3 days later. My shoulder was 80% better by the time I returned. After my follow up treatment I had much better mobility

Dr Jack has been my (and my children's) Chiropractor for many years now. I first started getting adjusted when I was pregnant with my daughter. The adjustments helped to relieve some pretty serious back pain I was experiencing during pregnancy, and helped get rid of the occasional headache.
I have also had my children adjusted since they were young and they've grown up very healthy because of it. He uses methods that are very gentle.
I feel like now that I stay on a regular adjustment schedule, I'm overall much healthier. I rarely have any pain or major problems.

Dr. Ricci is paying careful attention to cervical issues in my neck. He had me get X-rays to confirm the best course of action to take concerning my treatment. Dr. Jack is phenomenal! I have had trouble with my neck and shoulders for a long time, probably due to working at a computer for long hours, and between his treatment, tips and "homework", my pain is relieved and not only am I no longer damaging my discs but I know that I am creating the best environment for them to heal!
