The quality products, the list of services to choose from, and the wonderful staff! Perfect location and the spa is always clean. I use Nicole every time. I was recommended by a friend that goes and 3 years later I'm still going and impressed every time. I've seen both Teresa and Nicole for various services on several occasions. They (and all the staff I've interacted with) are always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. Both Teresa and Nicole have gone above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied (and remain satisfied) with the services I've received on every single visit. The Spa is conveniently located, super clean, and very relaxing! So happy I've found them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the MOST unorganized place I have ever been to. On my 1st visit I was there over 2 hours and when inquiring about the time they said someone was out and not sure how long it would be so I had to leave. I tried to make 2 more appointment and each time they called to reschedule not having available staff. Very poor management! Will not try again.

Beautiful place to go to be pampered .. very friendly accommodating staff and always concerned about how I am doing during and after my appointment. Very knowledgable about everything they do and are always up to date on all the newest technology to help with all my concerns. After my first exilis treatment I already saw a difference. They are the only ones in town with this machine and highly trained staff. Check it out.

The Spa Midtown is easily the nicest spa in town. It's like stepping out of Memphis and into a spa in a high end hotel in Chicago, NY or LA, it's so aesthetically beautiful on the inside, so luxurious. They offer a huge selection of services from laser, injections, facials, massage, and nails. Sheila gives one of the best massages I've ever had. She is so professional. I love the way she reminds me to breath during the service and will start the session with breathing to get the relaxation off on the right foot. Wow! I can't believe this is the first review. While they have a great range of services this is my go-to place for threading services. Perhaps someday I will try their other services. Appointments are easy to make. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is professional and personable. They will take the time to make sure you are happy with whatever service you requested.
