Shipping an iPad to your Aunt in Des Moines is pretty simple. Sending an iPad to someone in Australia is a different story. International shipping is far more complicated than shipping domestically because every country has different laws and rules regarding commodities entering their country. Some items can be shipped without issue to Spain, but the same item may be prohibited for shipping to Mexico.
Do you know what "Dimensional Weight" is? It's a rule the shipping companies use to charge you for the size of your package-and not just the weight. If you don't use the correct box size, you may be paying (a lot) more than you need to. Business World has a box to fit almost anything - we'll make sure you get the right one!

Would have given it more stars but being closed all weekend is a huge inconvenience unlike most UPS stores and even the post office! The staff is friendly when spoken to however They lost my mail once accidentally putting it in the wrong box and today was the final strike for me as I drove down from West Palm Beach where i work trying to make it before they close for the weekend and got here with 5min till closing and the place was locked up tight and no one was in sight, considering they don’t work on Saturday it be nice if someone stayed until closing or answered the phone while i was on the

Would recommend you go literally anywhere else when shipping. I shipped a product from here and when it arrived at the authentication service I shipped to, the box was empty. Business World Inc was unable to provide me with any receipt or record of any kind proving that I used them to ship. This was days after I had shipped the item, all records of me shipping through them were apparently gone.
If you do for whatever reason choose to ship anything from this location, please take a video of you packaging the items and get receipts of everything from them at the time of shipping. Otherwise the contents

Great people and great service. I had been going to the UPS store on 17th Street for years. I was charged 58.86 at Business World and the UPS store quoted me a price of 74.00 for the shipping and 40.00 more dollars for the packing. I will never go back to that store again, they are idiots to think people will just pay whatever they drum up in their small brains. GO TO BUSINESS WORLD AND save yourself a lot of money. The staff was so nice also.

I've been with them for over a year now and they are amazing. With these guys, you never have to worry about getting a package, storing a package until returning from overseas, or getting it forward to where my next job resides. They even remember your box number with name. Wouldn't go anywhere else but here.
